EMI Wholesale LLC supplies handcrafted products for birds and reptiles. This website is a product showcase and inquiry channel, not an online checkout.
Requesting prices and placing orders
To request pricing or place a wholesale inquiry, use the contact form on this site or email emiwholesale@gmail.com. Please include your business name, contact information, product names or item numbers, and requested quantities so we can respond accurately.
Quotes and order confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or reserve inventory. Any product availability, pricing, minimum quantities, production lead times, shipping arrangements, and payment requirements will be discussed and confirmed directly before an order is accepted. A quote is not an accepted order until EMI Wholesale confirms it.
Product details and handcrafted variations
Product photos and descriptions are for general reference. Because products are handcrafted and may incorporate natural materials, appearance, measurements, grain, color, and details can vary. Contact us before ordering if your application requires a specific size, configuration, or specification.
Wholesale and custom orders
Wholesale eligibility, quantity requirements, custom designs, and special requests are reviewed individually. We will explain any applicable minimums or requirements as part of the quotation process.
Payment, shipping and taxes
Payment method, due dates, shipping method and charges, delivery expectations, and applicable taxes will be specified in the accepted order or invoice. This website does not collect payments or display public wholesale prices.
Changes, cancellations, returns and damages
Please contact us before requesting changes or cancellations. Whether an order can be changed, cancelled, or returned depends on the product, whether work has begun, and the terms agreed upon for that order. For damage, missing items, or order problems, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs where helpful. Any applicable remedies and procedures should be confirmed in your order terms.
